Conduct all phases of native ecosystem restoration and enhancement including site preparation, planting, site maintenance and monitoring; Technical Service Provider with NRCS and conduct forest inventories, provide forestry consulting and write forest management plans focusing on developing old-growth forest conditions; conduct arboriculture services including tree removal, snag creation, native tree release; conduct in-forest work such as thinning, fuels management for wildland fire minimization, habitat enhancement/preservation, snag creation, consulting and report-writing; consulting on general and/or specific native ecosystem improvement strategies.
