Seeking PIC Grant Review Committee Members for 2026
We are looking for community members with diverse backgrounds and experiences to join the 2026 PIC Grant Review Committee. Committee members help ensure that grant dollars flow to projects that make the biggest difference including soil health, water quality, wildlife habitat, climate resilience, and youth opportunities in conservation.
Share your voice and help shape the future of conservation in our region! No experience is needed – just a passion for creating a healthier, more resilient community. Training and support are provided.
- What: Review community-led conservation project proposals, discuss with the team, and recommend projects for funding.
- When: Applications are due November 15, 2025. Committee work runs mid-January to early March (approx. 20–25 hours total).
- Why: Serving on the committee is a great way to connect with others who share a passion for equity and sustainability, learn about innovative projects, and amplify voices from your community. Oh, and there’s a stipend of up to $300 for your time.Â
