Are you considering applying for a Partners in Conservation (PIC) grant? Please note that EMSWCD recently adopted an online application system called ZoomGrants. To get started, please create an account and password on the EMSWCD ZoomGrants webpage. Please note the ZoomGrants portal will not be active until November 1st, when EMSWCD begins accepting applications.

Apply on the EMSWCD
ZoomGrants webpage

Note: If you already have a ZoomGrants account from an application to Metro or another organization that uses ZoomGrants, you should enter your existing login information in the page linked above.

All applications are due by 4:00 PM on December 15th, 2017.

Please read over the 2018 PIC Guidelines for detailed information about who we fund and what we fund, along with general instructions. Once you have created an account on ZoomGrants, you will have access to a Tutorial in the “Library” that provides a step-by-step guide to filling out the application and submission. Past grants awarded and other PIC-related documents can be found here.

We hope you will find ZoomGrants easy to use and we are here to help if you have any questions. Please contact our Grants Program Manager, Suzanne Easton: or (503) 935-5370.
