Refunds and Cancellations
We can process order changes including full and partial refunds until February 1st. After that, we can only accommodate cancelled orders. Orders cancelled after February 12th will be subject to a restocking fee of $20 (or an amount equal to the order total if the order was less than $20).
Any orders not picked up by 3:00pm on February 18th will be refunded minus a restocking fee of $20 (or an amount equal to the order total if the order was less than $20). Your order will be disassembled and the plants will be used in our restoration projects.
